1. Overview

Optimal performance in your kitchen is achieved when you know the exact location of your delivery drivers in real time. The Live Tracking Monitor is positioned within view of the store manager and allows the team to quickly view the location of drivers and hear DC announcements.

2. Live Tracking Monitor

The live tracking monitor is a 28” high viewing angle screen with inbuilt speakers. The monitor is wall mounted using a VESA wall mount. On the rear of the monitor are a number of components including:

a. Delivery Command PC: This PC drives the monitor and runs the Delivery Command software. The PC is connected to the Monitor via a HDMI cable.
b. Wifi Base Station: This base station is used to assist with the localisation of the drivers and should always be powered on.
c. Powerboard and Power supplies for the PC and Monitor.
The monitor also has 12W inbuilt speakers so that audio alerts can be heard in the kitchen.

3. Charging Station

It is very important that driver’s phones are left on charge overnight. It is likely that the driver’s phone will be flat after an eight hour shift. A 10 port 90W charging station is provided to charge the drivers phones. It is important that the phones are well looked after and stored neatly with any excess chords kept tidy. 4. Driver accessories

Various driver accessories are provided to assist drivers in using DC in a safe and reliable manner. Phone vent mounts, charging cables, and in-car chargers are all provided in the Delivery Command “Driver pack”.
